A Passion for Health and Community
Dr. Thomas Fullmer’s journey began in Preston, Idaho, leading him to Utah State University for his undergraduate studies. After marrying his wife, Rosie, in 2006, they moved to Portland, Oregon, where he completed his chiropractic education.

Drawn back by their love for the area, Dr. Fullmer and Rosie returned to Cache Valley in 2009. He immediately began working at the Advanced Spine and Health Center, eventually taking the bold step of opening his own independent practice there in 2013.
